Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your purchase has been confirmed.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.


Shipping & Delivery Time

We currently offer the following shipping option:

  2. Estimated Delivery Time: 6–12 Business Days

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6–12 Business Days

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, carrier delays, or periods of high shipping volume. We appreciate your patience and understanding should this happen.


Order Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number at no additional cost.

Once your order has been shipped, your tracking number will be sent to the email address used during checkout.

Please allow 24–72 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email for tracking information to become available.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

VantageClub is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been processed, we'll do our best to update it.


Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost, damaged during transit, or significantly delayed, please contact us as soon as possible.
