If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

- The item should be in good condition.
- All original packaging, accessories, and included items should be returned whenever possible.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.
Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

- Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Original shipping charges (if applicable) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect every order before shipment. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the packaging
- A short video (if applicable) showing the issue
After reviewing your request, we'll work with you to provide the most appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution.
Shipping Protection
During checkout, customers have the option to add Shipping Protection to their order.
Shipping Protection provides priority support for shipping-related issues and helps ensure a faster resolution if something goes wrong during transit.
If your protected package is:
- Lost in transit
- Damaged during shipping
our support team will promptly investigate the issue with the shipping carrier. After verifying the issue, we'll provide the most appropriate solution, which may include sending a replacement or another suitable resolution at no additional cost.
Orders Without Shipping Protection
If you did not purchase Shipping Protection, we're still committed to helping you.
If your order arrives damaged or you experience another issue, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- Photos and/or videos showing the problem
- A brief explanation of the issue
Our support team will carefully review your case and do everything reasonably possible to provide a fair solution.
Every situation is reviewed individually, and we'll always do our best to assist you.
Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
If you receive the wrong item or if something is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of everything you received
We'll investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing it.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may request a return after receiving your order in accordance with this policy.
Return Shipping
If your return request is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to return your item.

Non-Returnable Items
